How it works...

We like to keep things really simple so that literally everyone with access to emails and a phone can take our training courses and successfully build their own business. Here is a step by step guide as to what your training and mentoring would be like and what you would have access to:

Firstly you would get in touch by email or phone and after a friendly chat you could decide to proceed or not. If you decide to proceed you would indicate your chosen course/package and we would send an invoice. Once paid we can begin the training.
So let's say for example you chose to become trained as a Carpet Cleaning Technician. We would send you a list of modules and each module would come with a document. You read the document and digest the information. The modules are web interactive so you can link to suppliers and online resources so you're beginning to understand how professional cleaners work every day and where we buy supplies etc.
Once you believe you have digested the information at your own pace you complete the quiz at the end of the module and email to us along with any questions you may have. There is no pass or fail - this is simply to allow us to assess how the learning is progressing and for us to help you become competent and confident as soon as possible. We will send back any feedback.
There is no time limit - we all learn differently and at different rates of pace.
Once all modules are complete you will have adequate knowledge and competence to approach a carpet clean as a professional. We will then send a certificate by email.
Upon completion you are welcome to a 30 minute phone consultation to ask any questions and generally chat about the training or your next steps.
